The holiday season is upon us, and it’s time to bring some magic into our homes with the beloved Elf on the Shelf tradition. Enjoy these Elf On Shelf Ideas for Toddlers.  In our family, we have a special elf named Sprinkles. Our little one has a sweet tooth and used to adorably call sprinkles “sfrinkles,” which is how our elf got his name. Here are 15 fun and simple Elf on the Shelf ideas that will delight your 2-3-year-old.

Prepping

Being the list maker that I am, I made a list/chart of what Elf surprise I planned to do on each day of Decemeber. I bought the few supplies I needed in advance (sprinkles, foil, connect 4 game). It saved me the headache. I found most of the ideas on Pinterest. Some mornings, were spur-of -the-moment-throw something-togther- before-the-kids-wake up mornings. It is August 22, and I started planning for Elf On The Shelf 2024 this week!

Freebie

Here is the welcome letter I printed to introduce Elf to the kids (my son was under 1 year old, so he was oblivious, this year, we’ll add an additional elf for him).
